Decorating the Library: Winter
Tuesday, January 5, 3-5pmWe’ll be decorating the Young Adult area with these snowflakes for the rest of Winter. Come in and help us get them ready two hour of community service will be given. BPY621
Drop into the Library to make Valentine’s Day cards for or local senior residents. We will provide the material. All you need to bring is your creativity! You can receive up to two hours community service hours. BPY303
All teens are welcome to participate in their Youth Advisory Council. Meet with your friends and Ms. Riley, the Young Adult Librarian. Bring your ideas for programs, books and more. Refreshments will be served as we brainstorm new ideas. Please register for this program. BPY201

Interested in manga? We have the club for you! Join your peers as we discuss different manga, watch anime and discuss all things manga. Refreshments will be served. BPY504
This program will introduce students in the Library to live birds of prey, as they meet our resident raptors. Students will learn the personal history of each native New York animal and why it lives at the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, as well as the adaptations that allow these animals to be such incredible hunters. Geek Out… Frosted Painting

While we eat some pizza let’s sit around and talk books in this very informal book club. Bring in your favorite book to talk about, peruse some books to check out, trade books and play a few book games. BPY507
We will be having two very special Minecraft for both Teens and Tweens. They’ll be prizes and refreshments as you and team mates compete for prizes in February. January we will be playing and getting ready for February’s big event with refreshments! BPY205
