Teen Speak: Game Afternoon!
Thursday, March 3, 4-5pm
Come in and play an hour of fun board games with your friends and staff. We’ll have some refreshments and you can relax after a hard day. We’ll have a few raffles and surprises! BPY202

Fridays, March 4 and April 29, 4-6pm
We’ve combined the Teens and Tweens Minecraft! Come in and play a few games, challenge yourself, challenge your friends or work on the challenge we give you. We’ll have surprises and refreshments! BPY205

Teen Tech Week
Create It @ Your Library
March 6-12, 2016
Teen Tech Week is a national initiative sponsored by YALSA and is aimed at teens, their parents, educators and other concerned adults. The purpose of Teen Tech Week is to ensure that teens are competent and ethical users of digital media, especially the non-print resources offered through libraries, such as e-books, e-readers, databases, audiobooks, and social media. Pick up some information and join us for our annual build a Robot program!

Bunnies, Bunnies and Bunnies
Wednesday, March 16, 6-7pm
Explore the world of rabbits in this educational program designed for teens. Judy Wilson will be bringing new baby bunnies, so you will need to be extra gentle. Register early. Very limited openings. BPY620
 
Teens Celebrate Seuss!
Thursday, March 17, 4-5pm
We’re celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday with an engineering challenge based on Dr. Seuss’ book entitled Ten Apples on Top! Can you build a structure that holds one apple? We’ll have a few challenges for you this hour and the teen that can build a structure that holds an apple will have bragging rights until next year! BPY631 

National Chip and Dip Day
Dip Wars
Wednesday, March 23, 4-5pm
We’ll supply the chips and dip and you supply your taste buds. You vote for your favorite dip!  Register early. Limited openings. BPY915 
 
Teen Writing Workshop
Wednesdays, March 23, 30, April 6 and 13, 6-7pm
Do you have a story to tell? Want to learn how to tell it in a fun and interesting way? Join us for a creative writing workshop that will focus on the major elements of storytelling, including character, conflict, dialogue, plot, and setting. BPY209
