We’re button making today! You bring in either copies of photos (1inch or less) or pictures out of magazine and you can make them into buttons you can wear. BPY311 



Chocolate Pudding in Mason Jars and Games

You will be making your own chocolate pudding in a jar that you eat now or take home. All materials will be provided.  BPY902



Teen Speak: Hot Fudge Sundaes and Games for National Ice Cream Day

Make Your Own Battery

Thursday, December 13, 4-5pm

This is your program you suggested at Teen Youth Advisory in the summer. Come in and make an unusual battery that you can test in different ways and take home with you. BPY310 



Winter Ornaments

Wednesday, December 19, 5-6pm

Peaceful doves and twirly pinecones start from colorful felt and end hung from winter’s windows or anywhere around your space. You can make them yourselves and decorate your own home.BPY308


Community Service
Youth Advisory Council
Fridays, November 9 and December 7, 5:30-6:15pm
All teens are welcome to participate in their Youth Advisory Council. Meet with your friends and Mrs. Riley, the Young Adult Librarian. We will discuss New Community Service programs and your ideas for programs, books and more.  Refreshments will be served as we   brainstorm new ideas. Please remember Community Service is based on  participation. Please register for this program. BPY201

Veteran Letters
Thursday, November 8, 4-5pm
Stop in and write a few letters to our Veterans who have served this country. We’ll supply all the material, you bring your creativity. BPY303

We will Wrap up Your Holidays
Saturday, December 15, 12:30-4pm
Teens can schedule a few hours of community service to wrap*, be an assistant or a present coordinator. We will need a few teens for each shift. To receive another hour of community service you will need to bring either a roll of wrapping paper or a bag of bows.  *You must be able to wrap a present cleanly. There will be other jobs available for this program.  BPY315
